About 5% minoxidil solution for hair loss:
Minoxidil is the only FDA approved topical hair loss treatment. This means it is clinically proven to regrow hair.
Minoxidil was first approved to treat hair loss in 1988 and sold under exclusively under the brand names Rogaine and Regaine. In 1998, the patent for minoxidil expired, allowing manufacturers to refine and improve this formula. Studies show that higher concentrations of minoxidil produce significantly superior results. Not only that, it takes less time before hair regrowth is observed.
For improved results, use 5% minoxidil in conjunction with treatments that reduce DHT – the hormone that causes hair loss.
